add to cart popup doesnt seem to be showing

How do you have the modal popup show when you click add to cart. i believe i have configured it to show in the configuration settings but it still doesnt show for me.

any suggestions.

Did you set the option "After a product is added to the cart" to "stay and display a popup notice" ?
If yes, could you give the URL of one of your products so that we can see that ?

where do i find the "After a product is added to the cart" option?

Don't worry found it under configuration > checkout tab. I have now changed it to Stay and Display and works great.
