How to add comment form to a checkout page

Is there a way to easily add comment form / field to the checkout page (so customer can leave special instructions, etc, for the order)?

Hi,

Yes.You can do that by creating a custom field of the table "order" and of the type "textarea" via the menu Display->Custom fields in the Business edition.
