In Hikashop plugin I have this form

When I go with the mouse over "user name" or "password" the system show me the instructions: "your google account username" and "your google account password".
Is it there that I have to write my FTP account and not the google merchant account?

It's not your google merchant account credentials that you need to put there.

There is another error that shows google:

Roboted images (28 items)

The image URLs submitted seem to be blocked by robots.txt. Google will not be able to display these images together with the products. Please change your robots.txt file to allow Google to download the image.

28 items 97% of total

Go into the main folder of your website via FTP and edit the robots.txt file and make sure that you allow the media folder to be accessible.

Ok, done.
But it didn't work.
I created a Google FTP and put the user name and password into the hikashop google plugin.
What's wrong?

P.S.: manually it is all OK; products are published.
CRON is working: the wait list works.

Regarding the robots.txt file, it is now fine on your website. If google gives out an error because of it, it's probably that it caches the file on its end. It will probably be ok once the cache expires in a few days.

Regarding the FTP settings and the automatic upload of products, how do you know that it doesn't work ?

Because , on " Hikashop Google Products Plugin", I setted the frequency on 86400 seconds (24 hours). On Google data feeds the last uploaded date is the same of my manual old upload.
I also upgraded the stock but it does not change in the google products.

Set the frequency to 1 seconds in the plugin and try to open the cron task link of the configuration on your browser. Do you get some kind of error message ?
What is displayed ?

In the "cron" tab of the configuration, you have your cron task link:

Open that link using your browser and do a screenshot of the page displayed.

I found an error in google password.
Google would not accept three zeros at the end of the password.

But I don't know if the datafeed are updated.

Probably there was no error in the password

The datafeed is not updated and looking at the cron task link remains the same error

Hi,

That error message means that your website is not able to open a connection to Google Products.
It's highly likely caused by either the FTP library of PHP not activated on your website or your hosting company not allowing connections to the outside.
In both cases, you should contact your hosting company so that they can allow the connection to succeed.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end to help you regarding that error.
