Invoice payment plugin

I can't find any plugin for Invoice Payment. I have a B2B shop and all orders are payed over invoice.

I tried to use the Check Payment plugin and removed the text in the settings but it still show on the checkout that the customer should send a check.

Dirty way is to simply edit the language file to remover that text but a cleaner solution would of course be a Invoice payment plugin.

Would be nice if the invoice plugin would make it so an invoice was emailed to the customer with a link they could click on to Pay the invoice.

Also, would be nice if the administrator could view the invoice in the backend and then process a credit card payment for the customer from the backend for the invoice if a customer chooses to call in with their credit card to pay the invoice.

Isn't the order "ticket" enough?

No, we generate an invoice for customers who have not paid us yet for their order.

When the pay us, then we change the invoice's payment status to "Paid".

Some customers get 30 day or even up to 90 day terms to pay their invoices.

We need a way to generate an invoice with Hikashop with a Pending payment status. Then give the customer or the administrator the ability to process a payment for that order with a credit card through the Authorize.net payment plugin, that will then mark the order / invoice status as Confirmed or "Paid".

Most of our clients require us to send them an invoice that they then pay on.

It is standard accounting practice here in the USA for many businesses to create an invoice for their client and give them payment terms to pay the invoice within a certain period of time.

There is a component for Joomla called nBill that handles invoicing and payment really well, but it would be nice to have similar invoicing and payment functionality within Hikashop so we can manage all of our website orders and payments in one area.

Thanks, I was interested in the legal part of these. In Spain this is legal too but not very common in an online shop, unless you sell something really expensive.

For it is just necessary to have the option of invoicing, the invoice itself is made in another system on my desktop Mac.

But of course for those that need it and can use it a complete invoice procedure would be great. I can't really understand why it isn't already here since payment by invoice is an ancient method.

Most of our clients who want this functionality in their shops are ones who are selling to Wholesalers or Resellers of their products.

They create a wholesale user group with wholesale pricing.

Their wholesale customers login and place their orders at the discounted wholesale prices and then are shipped the product with an invoice that they have 90 day terms to pay for their orders.

It would be nice if the wholesale customers could easily view all invoices and pay their unpaid invoices through their account area of hikashop.

Or if a wholesale customer would prefer to make a payment over the phone, then the administrator of the site could login to the backend and view the unpaid invoices of the customer and take their credit card over the phone and process the card through the hikashop backend to make a payment on the invoice.

Another way this feature would be nice for Programming and Website design companies like mine, is if I can send my clients an invoice through Hikashop that my clients could then pay me for the website I just built for them.

So not just product companies would like this feature, but service companies like mine could also benefit from hikashop.

We usually tell users to use an offline payment plugin like the bank transfer one and change the translations via an override www.hikashop.com/en/download/languages.html#modify

At the end of the checkout, the user gets an email already with his order information.
It is trivial to add a payment link in the email via the menu System->Emails.

The payment on the back end though will require real coding so not so easy
