Popup 'Listing Image Title' When clicking on Image was created by rockstaran

Hello, can anyone suggest a way for me to be able to allow users to click on the image (from the products thumbnail list), then a popup will come up with Image and some product description, maybe an add to cart button.

Any Ideas?
