If you use JoomFish/Falang on your website, you can translate your menu items with it. That way, the menu item is the same regardless of the language, and Falang/JoomFish just dynamically change the menu item text when the data of the menu item is loaded from the database.

Then I should not use the Joomla multilanguage system ?

Nice explainations. But little bit confusing. I want to include hikashop search results of the products when users search through the joomla's default search box. Do I have to select the ITEM ID from joomla search settings?

You just have to use the standard Joomla search module, and enable the HikaShop product search plugin, edit the settings of this plugin and add the desired search columns (product_name, product_code, etc.).

This way you will have the HikaShop product in the results of the joomla search.

Once the plugin enabled an set up correctly, you just have to use the Joomla search module for the searches.
And this one will display the HikaShop products in the search results automatically.
