You can add such CSS on your website to do that:
input[choose_options]{
margin-right: 55px;
margin-left: 65px;
}

Hi Nicolas. I tried to add to the frontend CSS in Hikashop ( Display config) and it didn't work, then i tried to add it to my template CSS and still nothing... :(

Refresh your browser's cache. Otherwise, it won't retrieve the new CSS file.

I did clear my browser cache and still nothing. am I inserting in the right css file? i tried the hikashop front end css and template.css but no success.

I do not see the change in your template CSS:
lusciousdress.com/templates/callie_rush/css/template.css

Try to use that CSS instead:

input[name="choose_options"]{
margin-right: 55px;
margin-left: 65px;
}
