Give a free product and one piece pr customer

Hello,

I have al lot of products with dogfood and i want to give a free product when the customer order an dogfood product from 10kg. But i don't want that when they order 3 pieces of dogfood that they get 3 free products. Max 1 per customer.

Is this possible ??

There is no option to add a product for free automatically based on other products in the cart.
Why not simply add a message during the checkout telling the users that they will get that free product if they order a dogfood product from 10kg ?

You can edit the file "cart" of the view "checkout" via the menu Display->Views and add your text at the top.
