Cart emtpy or not after checkout?

Hi,

After checkout, when I hit backspace (several times), I am able to go back to the cart.

Even though the cart IS empty, the page shows as if it is still filled.

How can I prevent customers going back to that cart page and instead route them somewhere else?
Or just display that the cart is empty.

If you hit backspace, your browser is displaying you the page that it has stored in his cache. So your website has no control over that.
