Quantity Discount Different Items of Same Price

I have 100+ different versions of one product type in my client's store. They need it so that anytime 2 of any of these products are bought--a discount happens. Then if 4 are bought, another discount happens, and so on. The store has other products also, so a flat discount would affect other products correct? How best should I go about to configure this model?

Any thoughts?

You should create a coupon auto loaded restricted to the category of these products with the option "Coupon percentage applies to product only" turned on.

The only potential issue is that HikaShop does not supports multiple coupons so if you need to have several coupons applied at the same time in a cart, it wouldn't be possible.
