Currency rates not refreshing

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6

We have multiple currencies activated but they are not updating.

Is there something I need to change in our settings?

It created a bit of a issue for a number of our events.

I have added a screenshot of our settings and you will see the last update was 4/23.



You will also see that I have asked the currencies to refresh every 1 day.

Did you enable the "currency rates auto update" plugin via the Joomla plugins manager ?
You also need to configure your cron task in the "cron task" tab of the HikaShop configuration.

Yes the plugin is active and the cron task is configured.

This feature used to work and now is not for some strange reason.

Then it probably means that your cron task is not triggered anymore.

And thus our server is triggering your home page instead of your cron processing page.
So the cron task was not working. I've changed that for you. It should work better now.
