How to update quantities inside the cart was created by affaf1952
Hello,
I want to be able to make update within the cart please see attachment


so i decided to make 2 i added but looks not updating, am i doing something wrong, thanks

Hi,

If you're talking about the cart on the checkout, you should have a refresh button next to the quantity field to validate the change.
If you're talking about the cart details page, you should have a save button at the top, with the other buttons to save the change.

yes I'm talking about the cart on the checkout, I only view of the cart before check out see link below
marselspizzeria.com/my-cart
and there is no refresh button

Hi,

Sorry but, nope, you're not. Both your link and the screenshot are for the cart details page and, as Nicolas said, you do have the "save" button in the upper right corner.
Change the quantity and click "save", you'll see it works fine.

Hi,

Now, regarding the possibility to have a refresh icon next to the quantity field there too, that's actually something that was requested earlier and it will be in the next version of HikaShop.

We want to release it as soon as possible. We still have some work left to be able to do the release. We hope to do the release before the end of September.

Hi, Is it possible to have this kind of product quantity change in checkout as some of my customers cannot seem to work out how to amend quantities in checkout?

Hello,

It's possible for your customer to modify the cart product quantity in the Checkout.
For this, from the Main HikaShop Configuration, go to Checkout tab, Checkout workflow part :

Hi, That.s not what I was asking.

In the 'cart' there is a +/- adjustment, in 'checkout' you have to manually adjust the number in the box and then press 'refresh' which is not always obvious to customers.
