Add brand to product name

Hi,

Is there a way to add brand before product name while saving product in back-end?

I mean something like this:

Brand: something
Product name: this is great title

After product save, the product name should change to: Something - this is great title

Can this be done with mass action or only plugin?

Hi,

It can't be done via a massaction as you don't have the brand data available in the operation system of "update the values" actions.
So it would require a small plugin to do that.
