Product categories aliashes question

On Global configuration we have set "Unicode Aliases" to NO (transliteration)

Works pretty fine on all joomla components, but not with hikashop aliashes. Where is the setting to transliterate the alias of hikashop product categories for example?

HikaShop bases itself of this "unicode alias" setting to automatically transliterate the aliases.
So there is no specific setting in HikaShop.
Note however that if you've entered a canonical URL in your products and you have the "force canonical URLs on listings" setting activated in the HikaShop configuration, then it will use the canonical URL directly instead of generating the URL dynamically based on the alias.
So that might explain why you don't see any difference. In that case, you would have the empty the canonical URL setting of your products.
