Hello guys,
we have a auto complete address integrated with the website, also in the custom field all address information name and Name is required , we have noticed customer put phone number then submit the order, how e can make this mandatory and that he has to fill the address, because to customer deliver options they did not even put name just a phone number and the good news we were able to call them, please help ASAP, Thanks

What it the URL of the shop ? Are you able to reproduce the issue ?
Could you provide step by step instructions to reproduce the issue so that we can better understand the situation and the issue ?

Hello Nick, not sure if you could see the URL because is strict in the USA, however, customers just don't fill in the address or anything but keep going, I thought it should give them a kind of error that they have to fill in the name because under Display--> Custom filed all those are asterisk
so not sure what to do, thanks URL will send it privately to take a look, also there is a store you might be able to checkout, thanks, also see the screenshot

Hi,

The user access you provided doesn't work on the frontend, and on the backend, there is a htaccess for which you didn't provide any access.
So I wasn't able to look at anything.

Not sure why i test them myself, might be the htaccess, not sure, its the same account and there is no restriction what so ever, let me keep playing around and see what I can do, thanks

Ok for people who might follow this thread, here is what I found out,
I have an auto-complete address from Hikashop and integrated it via google maps, the address field is not an asterisk
see the screenshot below,

the question now is how can enforce the asterisk
any help and advice are appreciated also too many thanks to Nick he was able to hint and guide us to the problem, again any help appreciated, thanks
