what happened product pictures not open effect

what happened i dont know but product pictures not opening with effect just default old style i.e. parent page

That will happen if you have a javascript error on your page.
It's often cause by an extension/template which uses jquery without using the noConflict call.

ok what can i do? i use some extension jquery like image gallery
and what is noConfilct call?

It's basically some code to add after you load jQuery so that it doesn't conflict with the mootools library which is in joomla and which hikashop uses for the popup.
