You should avoid bumping your messages. It will take more time for us to see it and for you to get an answer.

Actually the problem is simple. You have empty lines in the description of the bank transfer payment method. Remove the empty lines and it will display fine.

Try to edit your payment method description in html.
You have 3 empty lines which look like this:

Just remove it.
