How-To on Mass Actions

Hey - confused by some of the functions of Mass Actions - wondered if you could walk be through a couple of examples to help me understand how these work, what the settings should be?

I'd need one which adds an image to every product (an image of our colour range).

Another which makes every product the same brand

Hi,

1. There is no way to have such mass action. It would have to be done by exporting the products as a CSV, adding the images name in the "images" column of the CSV via Excel and import it back in HikaShop.

2. For the brand you can use the action "update the values" on "product_manufacturer_id" by entering the id of the brand in the input field.
