coupon/discount used to purchase item?

Is there a coupon (or other) that can be used so only a person with this coupon can buy a item of that specific product?

In other words, no one can buy a item without that coupon.

There is nothing for that with the coupon system.
You can do that with HikaSerial:

HikaSerial has a consume mechanism so that when someone enters a serial in the consume field of HikaSerial, the user can be added to a specific user group.
And then, you can restrict the product to that specific user group.
That way, the customers will only have access to that product is they first enter the serial you give them.
