Auction Winner - the lowest price

Hi,

It is not standard in auctions but I need to set HikaAuction system to choose the lowest bid as a winner. (temporarily)
For the time being system selects the highest price and there are no settings for it in admin panel - I/we need the lowest one.

What needs to be changed? Which file(s) requires editing?

Hi,

Basically, you would need to alter the file administrator/components/com_hikaauction/classes/auction.php and look for the text "auction_amount" everywhere there. You'll need to modify a few MySQL queries in there.
I think it should be enough, but you might still see a few issues after that as the system wasn't made for that in the first place.
We would have to develop the capability and test the modifications to be able to say precisely what should be changed and where.
