I want my user go to custom link or custom menu, when they are finished their paying.how to do that?

Hi,

Enter the URL you want in the "Return URL" parameter of your payment method via the menu System>Payment methods.

I am using zarinpal payment.you can see in the image attachments.
that's not have this option.

Please contact directly their support.
As you can see in your screenshot, the payment plugin you're using is a third party plugin.
So the HikaShop team can't provide any support on that plugin ; we do not create it.
