Different checkouts for different groups

Hi.
Is there a way to display prices with/without taxes in the whole site (pages and checkout) based on user groups?
Private customers should see only the final price (price + tax), for everything (products, shipping costs, payment costs, and so on) everywhere (shop pages and checkout). Less info but more focused for them.

While Business customers should see the price AND the taxes, in the whole shop and during the whole process.
Is that possible?

And one more thing here: I've noticed that if a shipping cost is added its price is splitted into base price and taxes, while if payment costs are addedd, only the full price is showed.

In the main configuration I've enabled the "Show both" option for the prices.
In the checkout workflow the cart-price option is "Inherited"
