For some reason when a valid coupon is entered in checkout a “Page not found” error occurs.

Also, when selecting the “Cart” option the following error
occurs. Call to undefined function AC()

No changes to Coupon configuration have been made.

Please advise what could be the problem.

Thanks and regards
Brett

Hi,

There is no AC function in HikaShop. This must come from a third party plugin.
Please activate the "debug" setting of the joomla configuration and try again.
You should get an error message with more information, like the file path where the error is happening which will point to the culprit.

Thanks for your help Nicolas

Turns out the AwoCoupon (AC should have alerted me) component was missing somehow.

All good now.
