Issue with paypal Checkout

Hello,
We have some troubles with paypal method checkout.
When customer press the button paypal, an empty window appears and overlayes the login window of paypal. The customer doesn't see the login window and so it doesn't work for him.
Question: what is the reason why this window appears? What can I do. I tested it whth google crome and filefox - same situation.
Any ideas?/ BR Anita

For the empty window that's a known issue with the HTTP headers plugin of Joomla:
