-- HikaShop version -- : 4.6.1
-- Joomla version -- : 4.2.2
-- PHP version -- : 8.1.10

The problem is difficult as it is only visible in certain configurations.
On one of the computers with windows the problem is:
- Firefox - the product description cannot be edited
- Chrome - the photo description cannot be edited.
Browsers updated. There was no problem before - it appeared after migrating to J4.x
It works with any configuration on a Mac.
Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Best regards
Tomek

Hi,

A few people have reported the issue. Updating to HikaShop 4.6.2 has solved the issue for them. So I would recommand updating.
For now the auto update is not activated as we just did the release last week and are waiting for more feedback. So to update, download the install package of the 4.6.2 on our website and install it on yours and it will trigger the update mechanism.

Hi,

I remember someone reporting an issue with their HTML editor on a browser with the extension for Dashlane. And when turning off Dashlane, it then worked. Could it be you're using it ?
I actually tried to reproduce the issue with that extension but I didn't had the issue on my end.

Hello,
I used the JCE, but turning it off didn't help.

Hi,

I can have a look to see if I'm able to reproduce the problem with my computer with Windows. If I can, then I can look into it.
Could you provide a backend access via our contact form ?

Hi,

So I checked your backend, but I don't have the issue with Chrome or FireFox on my windows computer.
I tried several products and it worked fine with all of them.
