JCE Greyed out for product description entry, only happening in Hikashop.

Hi All,

JCE Greyed out for product description entry, only happening in Hikashop.
I can't enter any text in the JCE editor for the product description within Hikashop, this is the only place where JCE is failing. The text area is greyed out.
Any ideas?

Hi,

Try scrolling down to the green area at the bottom of the product edit page, and deactivate the customization system. This should hopefully help.
