Update of shipping and payments options from country selected og single checkout

Hi

Using all checkout options on one single page is the best experience in my opinion. No unnecessary clicks.
For this to work properly, it would be great ho tave the shipping and payment options to update dynamically when the country field of the shipping address changes.
