Hi there!!
We are using Retail Price in our site instead of regular Price.

Is there a way to use the filter with Retail Price instead of with regular Pricing?

Thanks!!
Carlos.

Hi,

We didn't thought about that.
So there is no option to use the retail price in filters.
What you could do is use a custom product field instead of the retail price field.
You can even copy all the product_msrp to your custom field with a mass action if you have a lot of products to change.
Then, you can use the custom field in a filter.
That might require some adjusting on the product page but it will be way easier than trying to add the retail price to the filter system.

Hi Nicolas,
thank you very much for your reply. I'm considering this approach and I would like to easily migrate the prices from retail price to this new field, but I cannot find where you store the relationship between products and fields (I was looking for a table called product_fields or similar). Can you please let me know were do you store fields values for each product?

Thank you!!

Hi,

When you create a custom product field, a new column is added to the table hikashop_product. So the value is directly saved together with the product.
And you have the settings of the fields in the hikashop_field table.
