More than one item per auction

Hi,

as far as I understand, one auction can only be used to sell one item and not multiple of the same product, irght?

If so: Can one auction be "copied" to create multiple auctions in a fast way?
Background is: I have a website were sellers sell up to 100 products at a time and setting up 100 single acutions would be hard to do.

Yes, for the moment there is no option to do it, so the solution will be to do it as you proposed and create 1 auction per product.

A solution can be to :
- Create a first product once
- Export it through a CSV file using the "Export" option through the page "Hikashop->Products"

- Edit that CSV file to properly add more lines with similar parameters as the product that you have manually created
- Import your new products using your CSV file via "Hikashop->Products->Import"

HikaShop have two payment plugins for Amazon : Checkout and FPS
The two plugins are include into HikaShop packages and you can see the list of all payment plugins in our documentation (just click on the tile "payment plugins").

Is there any detailed documentation about how a returning of product will work? Especially if one bys a coupon with Hika Serial, Pays with Alpha User points and later will cancel order/ask for refund?
In case the bought coupon does not work in the way expected...

Hi,

It depends on how you configure the user points plugin. In its settings, there is the option "Give back points on cancellation" which allows you to choose how the system should behave when the order is refunded.
