1146 Table 'XXXXXX.#__hikashop_files' doesn't exist

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.10.1
-- PHP version -- : 7.4.20
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Google Chrome is up to date Version 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (x86_64)
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : when debug is on only a blank white screen is returned...

In MASS ACTIONS when trying to export CSV and selecting all tables and columns this is the response:
1146 Table 'artonstuff.#__hikashop_files' doesn't exist
1146 Table 'artonstuff.#__hikashop_images' doesn't exist

When selecting Export CSV vs DISPLAY RESULTS vs there are 2 additional lists of items Files + Images
If any items are selected in either of those 'lists' the 1146 error occurs

I went back to an archived site with Hikashop 4.1.0 and the export works

Hi,

If it says it's missing some tables, then you can click on the "check database" button of the HikaShop configuration so that it will fix the tables.

Thanks I did this and result is still the same.

I notice this item when tables are checked:
-- OK Table "hikashop_file" checked
but the errors says
-- "hikashop_files"

Also in the list of tables no IMAGES table:

Hi,

Ah yes, I had missed that in your first message.
That's indeed a bug in the massaction export system due to recent changes to better handle the auto detection of data types in the export.

I've made a patch which fixes that.
Download again the install package of the latest version of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours and you'll have the patch.
