Popup language not complete

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.4
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.40
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 46.0.2490.71
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Uncaught SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list
index.php: 340

Hi,
sometime I've this problem.
I can't open the popup of the language in administrator panel.
Any help is appreciated.
