Anti-bot Validation - Unknown error

Hello,

After the Hikashop update the form ReCaptcha on the contact page show error 'Anti-bot Validation - Unknown error'. If I deactivate Hikashop ReCaptcha v2 the contact form ReCaptcha works as it should.

For the moment I have had to disable the Hikashop ReCaptcha v2 so the contact form can work.

Mmm. I don't see why it would change anything for the recaptcha plugin.
Could you provide us a way to reproduce the issue on your website (or a copy of it) so that we could have a look ?

I have attached an image of the error message that shows when the Hikashop ReCaptcha v2 is activated. I can provide you with a login so you can login and activate to test.

Hello,

Please edit the ReCaptcha plugin setting (in Joomla plugin manager) and just deactivate the "use in contact form".
For the rest ; we would need elements that Nicolas asked previously.

Hi Jerome,

Can you please be a bit more specific on they copy that you need? As mentioned, I can provide you with a login and you will be able to see the error when you activate the plugin.

Hi Mohamed,

I set the 'use in contact form' to 'NO' and it is now working. I was checking the other Re-Captcha where there was not options for any settings. It must have changed with the last update.
