-- HikaShop version -- : 4.7.3
-- Joomla version -- : 4.3.2

Hello,

I migrated to Joomla 4, so far i fixed everything and it works fine.
There's just one thing in all Yootheme pro pages, at the top of the page it says "1 post", what is that? It doesn't show up at Hikashop pages though.

I contacted Yootheme's support and they said this:

The string "1 Post" might possibly originate from your 3rd party extension "HikaShop". If the issue persists, try and fully disable "HikaShop" for a test. If the string is not displayed anymore, revise the settings and features of the extension.

So i disabled the component to test it and after i enabled it again the frontend is down.

Thank you

Hi,

The text being placed at the top of the page, it indicates that it comes from a system plugin which processes the whole page at the end of the rendering or the template which does that rendering.

I don't think it comes from something linked to HikaShop or HikaShop itself.

Regarding the current situation on your link, when I try to access it, I get this error:

This indicates there is a problem with a SEF mechanism or the htaccess.

And if you open the network tab of your browser's inspector tool, you can see that the redirects are done between the https and http:

On the bottom right side of these screenshots, you can see the "Request URL:" which alternates between http and https.
This is likely coming from the htaccess rules you setup to handle the automatic redirect to https.

Hi,

It's just a coincidence I think. HikaShop has no mechanism which could lead to a redirect loop on the homepage like this.
I still think it's an issue with a SEF extension or a htaccess configuration, or something like that.
Do you have someone handling the htaccess and redirections / DNS on your end ?
Could it be the htaccess of the main website affecting your test website since it's in a subfolder ?

Hi nicolas,

I uploaded the joomla4 to the main website to test it and it would still not load the page, same thing happens.
Could you take a look at the backend?
I will send you Admin and FTP.

Thank you

Hi,

I could have a look but I'm not sure I'll be able to do something from the backend. FTP might help.
Please understand however that this is probably outside of the standard help we provide with HikaShop.
Please go through our contact form to provide the accesses and continue discussing this:

Hi,

The backend access you provided didn't work. However, the FTP access did work. So I looked a bit at the situation. The htaccess file is fine. So I looked at the system plugins.
I can see you have the "nossloutsidecheckout" system plugin which will redirect from https to http if activated when not in the checkout.
So, just to make sure, I've renamed the folder of that plugin via FTP since I can't disable the plugin from the backend.
And this seems to fix the problem.
So your issue is a combination of configuring Joomla to redirect from http to https, and enabling this plugin to redirect from htttps to http outside the checkout. Both together create a loop.

You are very Good Nicolas and we are happy to use your software!
Can you please tell me how I can find where this '1 post' at the top of the page is coming from? I disabled all modules to check but still there.

Hi,

Switch to the default template of Joomla. Do you still see this text ?
If no, there is a high chance it comes from the template. So check with your template provider.
If yes, there is a high chance it comes from one of the system plugins. So disable them one by one in order to find the culprit.

Hello,

First note that we aren't sure that the 2 issues is really linked, usually you should not multiply the problems in the same topic.
Please take note of this for future occasions.

Now, for your current issue, can you activate the Joomla Debug (and at the maximum level) and make a screenshot in order to allow us to see everything.

Like shown in this screenshot :

Awaiting news from you.
Regards

Hi,

This error means that you're using an old version of the Worldpay Global gateway plugin.
Download the latest version on our website and install it on yours and you won't get the error anymore:

Hello
I have the same problem with a text "1 post" on single pages and "blog" on blog pages and not on Hikashop pages. I use too Yootheme and Hikashop but I don't use any sef extensions.
Have you find a solution ? Thanks
