No change in the version ID

Downloaded the file from the tar.gz link

Thank you for your feedback. I've just made a path for this.
Download again the install package of the 5.1.1 on our website and install it on yours and it will change the version number.

However, it seems to me that I have two small problems...
- The "Load more" does not seem to work, the message is displayed but the following articles are not displayed and if we click on the message there is no action and above all the articles are not displayed .(12 articles maximum in my case while there are 22 articles programmed)
- With version 5.1.1, if I understood correctly, the articles must each align in height relative to the others, if the name of the article is on 2 lines this does not work.

The problem mentioned in this topic has already been corrected on our side.
So the problem you have is different.
You probably have a standard problem: the installation package contains too many files and Joomla takes too long to extract the zip, and your hosting stops the process because it takes too long.
You can work around the problem by extracting the zip to your computer. Then, upload the files and folders via FTP to the site's tmp folder. And finally, go through the installation tab through the folder to proceed with the installation.
