No tracking number or link from myparcel plugin

Hi,

I wonder if it is not (yet) implemented or if there is something i miss:
The myparcel plugin works good, does all it needs to do up till now (handled 2 live orders), yet after printing the labels, the plugin won't add the tracking info in the order so the email that goes out from hikashop to the customer is the same track-info-less email.
Is there a way i can get this info to appear inside the order for emailing?

Hi,

Normally, the tracking information should be available on the order in the frontend and the backend of the website.
However, there is indeed no mechanism in place in the plugin to add that information to the email notifications.
Adding it would be possible with some development in the plugin.

Hi,

I've been working on this in the past few days. I've put online a new version of the plugin which should now handle this. Download the install package of the plugin on our website and install it on yours and you'll get the new capability.

Hi,

Note that the download link will only be added to the email after the link has been added to the order.
So you might have to click on the tracking icon of the order on the order listing after the tracking link is available so that it can then be added to the emails.
Before the tracking link is generated by MyParcel, and you make an action to retrieve that link in the order data, emails won't have the tracking link since HikaShop doesn't have the knowledge of the URL.
Maybe that's why you didn't get the link in the emails ?

Either i don't understand what you try to explain about the new procedure or it doesn't work.
Since there aren't many options, i expect it just doesn't work yet.

Well, I don't have a MyParcel account to test my changes. To be able to move forward, I would need you to provide a backend access, a FTP access and an access to the MyParcel account so that I could check the situation and see what's going on.

I was able to find what was the issue and added a fix for it.
It's now working as expected on your end and we've also added the patch in the plugin available on our end.
