Hikashop and BoxNow

There is no ready-made plugin for it.
Now, it seems that they have a simple widget integration mechanism available:

Also, on the page boxnow.gr/en/e-shops in the section "How integration stage looks like?", they say:

Whether you have a custom-made site or you use a platform builder site, our IT analysts will help you end-to-end from the API or plug-in installation to website testing, label testing and physical testing.

I'm not sure what it entails, but maybe they can help you integrate their widget on the HikaShop checkout. For example, with a custom order field to store the selected BoxNow locker in the order and a view override to add the widget code to the checkout.

Well, since BoxNow says that they can help you end-to-end to implement it on your website, I would recomend checking with them what they propose to do.
As I said, A custom order field (via the menu Display>Custom fields) to be able to store the selected locker, and a view override of the checkout (via the menu Display>Views) to add the widget to the checkout should allow you to do it, provided they help you with it.

It depends which version of HikaShop you're using and how your HikaShop is configured.
If you follow the instructions in the documentation below you'll be able to find which view file is used where with the "Display view files" setting:

The most likely is that you need to edit checkout / show_block_shipping which displays the shipping method selection area with the new checkout system since HikaShop 3, which became mandatory since HikaShop 4.
