Issues with mass action and imported csv data

Hi,
we imported the attached csv to update prices and stock amounts using 'product_code' as the common reference field / value.

We also include a updated date as part of our keywords to show which product prices are current.

We then use a mass action to unpublish all products that have a different dates in the keywords and set their stock amounts to zero.

One of our sites is still on 4.5 and this process worked properly.
The other is on 4.6 and it did not with the same data

The 4.6 version seems to have skipped over some of the values during the import.

Can you let us know if this is a known issue with 4.6?
