Customer gets order confirmation, Shop owner not?!

Hello

I am using HikaShop Business 2.4.0 and Joomla 3.4.1. I am having just an simple shop with a few products. So far everything works ok. But after an order only the customer gets the order confirmation. The Shop owner gets no order email at all?

In the System configuration under emails/Order creation admin notifications email address is the shop owner email adress specified. But as I said before the owner gets no order information email??

What can I do to correct that? It's very importent that the owner gets the order.

Hi,

Go in the menu System>Emails of your backend and verify that the email is still enabled.
If that's the case, then the order admin email notification is sent to the owner by HikaShop through your email server. If the shop owner doesn't receive it, it would mean that the email server could send it to the receiver email server. That's normally something to investigate with the hosting company as it might require to log at the logs of the email server.
A simple solution would be to just add the email address of the shop owner in the order creation notification/order status notification emails' BCC field so that the shop owner would get a copy of the emails sent to the customer.

Where can I find that to do that?

I only find:

• From Name
• From Address
• Reply-to Name
• Reply-to Address
• Bounce Address
• Payment notifications email address
• Order creation admin notifications email address

Hi,

Via the menu System > Emails, edit the "order status notification" email and under the tab "sender information" fill the BCC field with the desired email address.
