Hi,

Invoices are generated automatically after an order's status is changed to "confirmed". Then, you can print it with the "invoice" button when you edit the order details in the backend.
And in the backend, you can create new orders (or in the frontend) and you can change the status of the order (in the frontend, you need to pay for the order for that).
So regardless which version or edition of HikaShop you use, and regardless of whether you're doing it from the frontend or the backend, you can create invoices, yes.

perfect works, thanks
Great Hikashop !!

I did not see the invoice because I had set up a "shipped order" instead of a "confirmed order".

is it possible to change the invoice number which is now B1?

Hello,

You have two settings for the order number format and invoice number format.
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...nfig.html#main_order
But these two settings are available only in commercial edition of HikaShop.
So with HikaShop starter, the format will be the automatic one

By default, the order number uses letters and numbers interleaved together, this is represented here with the tag {automatic_code}.

Hi,

Yes. You can go in the menu System>Mass actions and create a new mass action.
Base the mass action on the "order" data and add an action "display the results" and select the columns you want to see.
You can also add a sorting filter on the "order_invoice_created" field in descending mode.
When you click on the "process" button, it will display you a table with the orders found. And you can double click on the cell of the order under the "order_invoice_created" column to edit the invoice number of the order.
