Payment plugin failed when activeted "Send data to a cheque"

1. Payment plugin name - Tinkoff HikaShop payment plugin ( www.tinkoff.ru/kassa/develop/cms/ )
Perhaps the bank itself developed the payment plugin, I don’t know for sure. But you can download it from the link.

Hi,

From what I can see, this option is to send the detailed data about the order to the payment gateway.
If you don't need the detailed data, you can keep that option turned off.
It's likely that you're in a specific case of use, with elements in the order not handled properly by the developer of the plugin, which leads to the payment gateway not able to match with the total amount.
So this will require the developer of the plugin to investigate the situation and modify the code of the plugin to properly support your situation. From what I can see, this plugin is developed by the payment gateway, Tinkoff. So you'll have to contact their tech support directly to report the issue to them.

The developer replied that his plugin supports version 3.2.2 and below. There are no plans to update the plugin in the near future. Sod’s law.

Hi,

That's a shame. It's probably not a problem of version of HikaShop. You'll probably have the same issue with the 3.2.2.
I'm afraid you'll have to use the plugin with that setting turned off.
Now, if you're ready to pay us to fix the issue we could look into it. But there's probably a few hours of work involved, so that will be a cost of a few hundred euros.

Thank you for the offer, but the problem is not the money, but the international transfer from my country. Unfortunately, this is not yet possible. If it becomes absolutely urgent and very necessary, I will try to find a way to pay for your services.
