Pagination not working

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.1
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

Hello,
I just realized that the pagination of my website is not working.
For example in the page:

https://www.farmakeio24.net/index.php?option=com_hikashop&view=category&layout=listing&Itemid=816

If you press one of the page numbers you are not redirected to the particular page.
The new url on the browser is like:
https://www.farmakeio24.net/index.php?option=com_hikashop&view=category&layout=listing&Itemid=816#" onclick="var f = document.forms[
Any ideas?

Hi,

I think that the problem comes from your template pagination override. Try renaming the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/pagination.php and that should help.

the problem is only solved for hikashop pages. ruining paging template. how can you fix this?

Hi,

I'm sorry but we can't help if you have issues on other pages than HikaShop with their pagination. You need to contact the support of the extension for which the pagination doesn't work.

The paging that is damaged is that of the template helix 3, there is another way to fix it ?. I have renamed templates / YOUR_TEMPLATE / html / pagination.php in pagination_old.php. Paginates Hikasop now works, but that of the template has now ruined. there is no way to fix it?

Hi,

You can restore the template pagination but it will not work with HikaShop because their pagination override not compatible with the Joomla pagination system.
Afterwards, you can see with your template provider with the official Joomla pagination system is not working in the rest of your website.
But as Nicolas already told you ; that's not related to HikaShop or our support.
