Display catgeory description and remove pagination

HELP!
I have a standard Hikashop Product listing Menu type displaying products from a specific category.

Within the menu options I have set the display page title to Yes, but I cannot find where I can set the option to display the category description. When I look in the templates there is code to display the description but I cannot find in the backend where the setting is.

Also how do I globally turn off pagination, I do not want any pagination on the category / product listings.

Thanks for that, I did try that but nothing changed.

I also tried turning off my custom templates but it still did not display the category description:

cotswoldlavender.under-development.info/...lavender/bath-shower

I have modified the product item page to display the category description:

cotswoldlavender.under-development.info/...eanser-essential-oil

But it does not display on the products listing menu page.

AH I think i just solved it, I did not have the category selected in the menu settings!

Its now displaying!

Just need to remove the pagination now!
