-- url of the page with the problem -- : langecraft.com/NEW/
-- HikaShop version -- : 4.7.2

Is there a way to add this to the product images instead of inserting into product description?

Hi,

No. Only images can be used in the "images" setting.
Now, with custom development, it is possible, but you'll need a developer to modify the product details page layout to display the youtube/vimeo video instead of the image.

Is there a way to add a video along with the images? Or what is the best way to make it so that there is also a video in the product card?

Hi,

The simplest is to add the video in the description of the product.
If you upload the mp4 on your website via FTP, you can directly use the HTML video tag in the description : www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_video.asp

Hello. And how to make it so that immediately when loading a product card, the characteristics of the product are immediately loaded? And not a tab with a description?

Hi,

The tab with the description displays probably because you've changed the "layout on product page" to "tabular" in the HikaShop configuration, instead of "default".
The default variant is not selected by default unless you turn off the "Characteristics dynamic display" setting of the HikaShop configuration.

"The default variant is not selected by default unless you turn off the "Characteristics dynamic display" setting of the HikaShop configuration." And if dynamic filters work in categories?

Hi,

The library we're using to display the images on the product page doesn't support videos. So having the same display as on your link is not possible without extensive modifications to the layout there.
There is Magic Slideshow ( www.magictoolbox.com/magicslideshow/modu...kashop/#key-features ) which supports HikaShop, and does apparently support videos. Maybe it would be possible with this but I'm not sure. You would have to contact them to ask about it.

The "Characteristics dynamic display" is not linked to filters on listings. So I'm not sure what you're talking about in your last question.

I did not prescribe such a URL for this page, for some reason he chose such a canonical address
