Duplicate sales in Google Analytics

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.4

For some reason our sales are showing as duplicate sales in Google Analytics (GA).

We have got GA running on the site and have setup the Hikashop GA plugin, but when a sale is made on the site it's showing as 1 sale in Google analytics but the product value is doubled.

For example, our product price is 100 with a quantity of 6 = total according to Hikashop should be 600 but when viewing this on GA, it's showing 1200 with a quantity of 12


Any ideas?

Hi,

I see that you do not have the option "single submission" activated nor the "direct call" feature.
The first one is there to avoid the duplication of submission and the second one is there to be sure that even if the order is confirmed by a "server-to-server" call, the order will be send to GA.

Thanks - we've just made this change but it's now tracking 32 times!

So when an order is shown in Google Analytics, it's showing as if it's been ordered 32 times!! Any ideas?!
