Hello,

I am getting errors in the Hikashop's dashboard, at Orders and Geographic sales widgets. The errors are: "b.split is not a function" and "Invalid row index NaN. Should be in the range [0-0].".

Is there a way to fix that?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

Yes. That bug comes from an update of Google Visualization used to generate the graphs:

Update your HikaShop to the 4.4.2 we released a few days ago and it will fix the problem.

Hi,

I don't have the issue on my end. First, please try to download again the Hikashop install package on our website and install it on yours. That might help.
If not, we would need a backend and a FTP access to look into it on your website. You can provide these along with a link to this thread via our contact form: www.hikashop.com/support/contact-us.html

Same issue here:
" b.split is not a function " in dashboard in GRAPH Widget
HikaShop Business: 4.4.2
Joomla! 3.9.26
PHP Version 7.4.15

>>> UPDATE <<<

After updating the widget still did not work -HOWEVER, I tested new widgets and some showed that error "b.split is not a function" and some did not.
I published a NEW graph that did work and the original that was broken now works.
Unpublishing the new graph breaks the old graph.

Hi,

We are not able to reproduce the issues on our end now with all the patches and many don't have the issue anymore too.
So if you still have the issue with HikaShop 4.4.2, we would have to look into it on your website and thus we would need a backend + FTP access.
You can provide these along with a link to this thread for reference via our contact form:

>>> UPDATE <<<

We got the necessary accesses from someone else for that same issue and we were able to find the cause and add a patch for it.
So we've just made a new build of the 4.4.2 with that extra patch included.
To get it, download the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours.
Hopefully, that's the same cause you have and the patch will also work for you.

Hello,

Please in order to better understand your current display issue (shown in your 4.2.2 screenshot) provide this elements :
- An Url link where we can see your current display issue
- Provide a test with a default template like ProtoStar and make us your returns in order to have more data.

Awaiting your elements to progress on your subject.

Hello,

That will be more easy for us to be able to directly see the display issue, but from what we see from your screenshot that there is a problem of match between your view and your frontend css.

Either you have an old view OR an old frontend file Css (as it seems that you have create a custome one).
But we are more tempted to think that the problem here is more of a css frontend problem.

To get more clues, we will need to see the issue by ourselves as previously requested AND a backend access (url link & user references with full access).

Note : Use our Contact us form to provide these elements and don't forget to add an Url link to this topic.

Regards
