Midtrans

This plugin adds Midtrans payments to your HikaShop store: the way Indonesia pays. At the end of the checkout your customer is sent to the Midtrans payment page (Snap), pays by card, by bank virtual account, with GoPay, ShopeePay or QRIS, or at an Indomaret or Alfamart counter, and comes back to your shop. The money goes to your Midtrans merchant account.

• Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express) with 3-D Secure handled by Midtrans, so your shop never sees a card number.
• Bank virtual accounts: BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri Bill, Permata, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Danamon, SeaBank and the other banks.
• GoPay, ShopeePay, DANA, OVO and QRIS, the Indomaret and Alfamart counters, and Akulaku and Kredivo instalments.
• You choose the methods offered, or leave the choice to the Snap preferences of your Midtrans dashboard. Each method has to be activated on your Midtrans account.
• Orders are charged in Indonesian rupiah, the only currency of Midtrans: the method is offered when the cart is in rupiah. The order lines, the shipping, the payment fee and the coupon are shown on the Midtrans page and always add up to the order total.

• Once the customer has the virtual account number or the payment code, the order waits in the status of your choice, with the number or the code and the deadline in its history.
• The email the customer receives for that status carries the number or the code and the deadline.
• The order is confirmed when the customer pays, by the notification of Midtrans.
• Cancelling an order which was never paid cancels it on Midtrans too, so it can no longer be paid.

• The order is confirmed both when the customer comes back and when Midtrans sends its notification, whichever comes first.
• Every notification is checked against its signature, and the transaction is always read back from Midtrans, never taken from the notification or from the browser, so a payment cannot be faked.
• A repeated notification confirms the order once and only once. A card payment held by the fraud check of Midtrans waits for your decision in the Midtrans dashboard.

• Moving an order to the refunded status refunds its payment on Midtrans; a card payment not settled yet is cancelled instead.
• Midtrans refunds cards, GoPay, ShopeePay, DANA, OVO, QRIS, Akulaku and Kredivo. A refund Midtrans refuses, such as for a bank transfer or a counter payment, leaves the status of the order unchanged, with the reason shown and in the payment log.
• A refund made in the Midtrans dashboard moves the order to the refunded status; a partial one is noted in its history.

• In the sandbox environment, with the sandbox server key of your Midtrans account, the whole checkout runs with Midtrans's test cards and payment simulators. The payment method shows "sandbox" at the checkout.
• A debug setting writes every exchange with Midtrans in the payment log of HikaShop.

• A Midtrans merchant account; real payments need Midtrans's approval of your business.
• Orders in Indonesian rupiah.
• A website reachable from the internet, for the notifications of Midtrans.
• Settings and messages in English, French and Indonesian.
