Ship&co

The "Ship&co Shipping" plugin integrates HikaShop with Ship&co, a multi-carrier shipping platform based in Japan. It connects your store to major Japanese and international carriers through a single API, with automatic rate retrieval, label generation, and tracking.

• Automatic shipping rate retrieval at checkout from all carriers configured in your Ship&co account (Japan Post, Yamato, Sagawa, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and more).
• Shipment creation with label generation when orders are confirmed (automatic or manual from the admin).
• Demo mode: simulate API responses for testing without a carrier contract.
• Parcel tracking with status updates displayed in the admin order view, frontend order page, and order notification emails.
• Label download (PDF) directly from the admin order view.
• Ship&co status column in the backend order listing with action buttons.
• Full Ship&co panel on the backend order detail page with shipment info, tracking link, status, action buttons (download label, refresh tracking, delete shipment).
• Shipment deletion with the ability to create a new shipment for the same order.
• Proper shipping method name resolution for orders with multiple Ship&co carrier options.
• Multi-currency support with automatic conversion between API currency and store currency.

1. Download the plugin on our website via the download link provided to you after the purchase.
2. On Joomla, install it via the extension manager and then go to HikaShop > System > Shipping Methods and create a new Ship&co shipping method.
3. On Wordpress, install it via the "install plugin" button of the HikaShop > System > Plugins menu and you'll directly see the configuration interface.
4. Enter your Ship&co API token (found in your Ship&co account under Settings > API).
5. Configure the sender address and default weight.
6. Optionally enable demo mode for testing or auto shipment creation.

• API token: your Ship&co API token (x-access-token).
• Test mode: when enabled, demo responses are used for testing without real carrier contracts.
• Sender name / company / address / city / province / country / postal code / phone / email: sender information used for rate calculation and shipment creation.
• Default weight: fallback weight in grams for products with no weight configured. Defaults to 0, meaning weightless products are considered virtual goods and excluded from shipping calculations.
• Auto-create shipment: automatically create a Ship&co shipment when an order is confirmed.
