Language edit in banner

Hi,

I need to translate the word "Checkout" in the attached screenshot.
I would normally do this via the menu item link, but I don't have one for this section.

The solution will be to directly do it by editing your translation files via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Languages".

All 3 instances changed, but it's made no difference?

Indeed, the "Checkout" is wrapped inside the page title coming from the Joomla template, and it's likely not HikaShop inserting it there.

You may find it by editing the menu item (either the menu item title or the tab "Page Display" or both), or you may need to check with either the person who built the site or with the template provider.

Mohamed did propose you to use translation overrides.
That's what the link he gave explains.
Now I think that the translation key you want to change is CHECKOUT="Checkout"
