Email Text version from Payment Notification not updated.

Hi, it looks like the default text version is not updated.
We don't have a customization on this one!

Hi,

Then it means that the installer was not able to overwrite the file due to the permissions on that file in media/com_hikashop/mail/

When I look in FileZilla, I see no difference file permissions between the other files.

Hi,

Delete the file, install the HikaShop install package of your version again and it will add the latest version of the file.

When I do that (delete the file and install version again) then there is no text file anymore!

Hello,

Can you check in your emails listing that you don't have the little trash icon, that means that your HikaShop consider it like a custom.
This will explain that even if you update your HikaShop, keep it.
So, click on this little icon, then update your HikaShop.

Hi Philip,

I have no trash icon in the column for text customization!
Only for HTML and Preload but I don't want to delete them for every update.

Hi,

Note that there is no payment_notification.text.php file in the HikaShop install package.
So you must have had it from an old version which had it that we removed since then.
So deleting it is the right call.
When the text file is not there, HikaShop will automatically generate the text version of the email based on the HTML version of the email. So no worries.
