What about the same product on two warehouses?

The situation is like this:
I have one product which is 10 items on one warehouse and 12 items on another warehouse.
Is it real to deal with this situation?
How could I handle it?

There's actually no option to set 2 warehouses for the same product, the only solution for the moment will be to create 1 product per warehouse or to directly use some code customization.
